Self Breast Awareness Workshop at Pusat Injil TTDI - 12 July 2003
About 30 ladies were taken through the steps of knowing their own breast, breast health and eventually, how to perform self breast examination systematically by Dr Evelyn Ho. Amidst the laughter, questions were asked to stimulate the participants’ minds and instill the principles necessary in motivating one towards being proactive about their own breast health. Rather than cowering or being enveloped in fear, the ladies were encouraged to seek answers to queries they may have on their own breast health. Integrated into the workshop was a hands-on session on teaching breast models. The ladies had a good time and some felt they learnt something new about their breasts. |

 Breast Health Workshop kicks off BCAC 2004 
The first workshop for trainers will be held on 9th Jan 2004, at Corus Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Three other public workshops planned for 2004. | |
