Case of the Month

by Dr Noreen Norfaraheen Lee Abdullah MD (UKM), MMed Radiology (UKM), AM(Mal)

A 3-year-old boy presented with a 3 month history of visual problems, ataxia and speech difficulties. Clinically, the head circumference was above the 90th centile. He had bilateral papilloedema. There was upper motor neuron lesion with positive cerebellar signs. CT brain with contrast enhancement was performed.
