2003 Annual General Meeting |  16th AGM of the BCWA, Shah Village Hotel, Petaling Jaya – 1 Nov 2003

A massive downpour did not dampen the spirits of all who attended the 16th AGM of the Breast Cancer Welfare Association on a Saturday evening. Lynn Leong’s (BCWA Treasurer) car even stalled in Jalan 222 where the heavy rains had turned roads into streams. Nora Hamed came all the way from Raub, Pahang! The meeting started close to 6 pm and each item on the agenda proceeded smoothly. There was some time for chatting before food was ready at “buka puasa” time – 6.59pm to be exact. The buffet spread was impressive and the variety was good. Cynthia Leong and Linda Lim brought their Line Dancing CDs along and together with Prof Dr Siti Hajar – they put on a good show for all to enjoy. Everyone was invited to join in of course!
