BCWA’s Cooking Session at the Pizza Fratello Italiano, Kuala Lumpur. 22 March 2003
BCWA members had a good time at a Tiramisu and Pizza making session at Pizza Fratello Italiano – a cosy restaurant in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. About 25 members and survivors attended the cooking session. The best pizza was made by Pat! Prizes were given to 4 of those who actively made pizzas while the rest of us were quite happy to just “taste” the fares! Dion was “hostess” for the event and everyone expressed their appreciation to her and the staff of the restaurant for an afternoon of fun and fellowship. In return, for the talent she saw in the participants, Dion is no longer worried if she needs help in the restaurant kitchen!
What’s next in addition to the usual Saturday afternoon sharing sessions? It looks like Scrabble and Pictionary fun contests may be in the pipeline.
